I was asked to develop a logo for one of my favorite rock-a-billy bands here in Chicago. I only had 3 days to complete the project. I researched vintage 40's and 50's magazines to get the clothing and hair style correct. In the process of scouring magazines I discovered the perfect font and photocopied the limited letters (a few times) and then created the rest by hand. The female figure is the fabulous lead singer and the three stars represent the other players in the band.
